The lengthy legal process surrounding Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate is enough to cause any legal expert to roll their eyes.
Now just imagine what the American people think.
The obviously illegal and unconstitutional mandate requiring federal and private sector employees to get vaccinated or face unemployment has undergone a series of court rulings which have prevent the administration from enforcing such medical tyranny.
Multiple federal judges have gutted every aspect of the mandate, yet Biden’s Department of Justice remains hellbent on securing a court victory.
Meanwhile, the Biden White House still recommends employers enforce the illegal mandate.
The latest blow came on Monday when a federal court denied Joe Biden’s Department of Justice from being able to stop a temporary block on vaccine mandates on healthcare workers.
NEW this morning: The 8th Circuit Court of Appeals denied the Department of Justice's motion for stay pending appeal in our lawsuit against the vaccine mandate on healthcare workers, meaning our injunction will stay in place.

Schmitt led a coalition of 10 states back in early November in filing a lawsuit to stop the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ vaccine mandate on healthcare workers.
In late November, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, issued a preliminary injunction against the Biden administration’s vaccine mandate on healthcare workers.
The Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) later announced that it was suspending the enforcement of mandate pending the review.
“While CMS remains confident in its authority to protect the health and safety of patients in facilities certified by the Medicare and Medicaid programs, it has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of this rule pending future developments in the litigation,” the memo continued. “Accordingly, while these preliminary injunctions are in effect, surveyors must not survey providers for compliance with the requirements of the Interim Final Rule.”
While the ongoing court rulings have been a step in the right direction in defeating Biden’s medial authoritarianism, there still remains a looming possibility that one supportive judge, or even the Supreme Court, could come down on the wrong side of history and allow Biden’s mandate to proceed.
