Conservative politicians continue to face some of the most brutal political attacks from the left and mainstream media outlets (Democrats) don’t even bat an eye.
Unless you strictly adhere to the progressive agenda du jour, your safety and security are totally disregarded and you become a target for violence. The new religion of liberalism encourages left-wing psychopaths to ‘sacrifice’ conservatives, and criminal justice reform all but ensures their protection from the police.
The latest attack against Republican candidate Lee Zeldin on Tuesday was shocking to witness.
A man attempted to stab congressman and gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin at a campaign event in Perinton, New York, on Thursday.
The attacker was quickly suppressed, and Zeldin is unharmed, but it just goes to show just how emboldened the left really is.
A man climbed onstage, grabbed Zeldin in the middle of his campaign speech, and attempted to stab the Republican. The man appeared to yell “You’re done! You’re done!” as he accosted Zeldin.
A group of people rushed the stage and took the man down. Nearly 11 minutes after the attack, Zeldin was back onstage and resumed the speech.
“So, as I was saying,” Zeldin said as he resumed his remarks, garnering laughter from the crowd.
Eric Amidon, Zeldin’s campaign manager, said the man who tried to attack Zeldin appeared to have brass knuckles with sharp spikes on them. A photo of the weapon posted after the attack showed a cat-shaped, spiked, self-defense tool.

Democrat Governor of New York Kathy Hochul condemned the attack, but we all know how she really feels.
“My team has informed me about the incident at Lee Zeldin’s campaign event tonight. Relieved to hear that Congressman Zeldin was not injured and that the suspect is in custody. I condemn this violent behavior in the strongest terms possible — it has no place in New York,” Hochul said.
Let’s get one thing straight: If Democrats wouldn’t face massive backlash for openly calling for violence against Republicans there would be no condemnation of these attacks.
Remember the attacks against Steve Scalise? Rand Paul? Of course you don’t, because the Democrat Party openly supported them.
