[WATCH] DeSantis Releases Amazing New Ad Inspired By Hit Movie

Besides Donald Trump, Gov. Ron DeSantis has been the leading voice of opposition against the highly-biased and utterly corrupt mainstream media.

Not a single Republican in office today can hold a torch to the Florida Governor as he absolutely obliterates Fake News reporters and liberal journalists who consistently destroy public trust in media.

A new campaign ad inspired by the mega-blockbuster smash hit Top Gun was released on Monday by DeSantis — and liberals are fuming mad about it.

In the ad, DeSantis appears as a Top Gun-inspired “Top Gov” while taking aim at “corporate media”. Donned in a leather jacket and aviator shades identical to the Tom Cruise character, DeSantis presents himself as THE political ‘maverick’ in an era of liberal dominance and globalist hegemony.

“Top Gov… Dogfighting… Taking on the Corporate Media… Rules of Engagement are as Follows,” Casey DeSantis said in the tweet.

The video alternated between the governor giving a speech and moving around an air base dressed up in a Florida version of the 1980s classic.

The Florida governor has repeatedly taken aim at the media during his time in office. He has also signed multiple controversial bills in recent months, including the so-called Don’t Say Gay bill, which forbids the discussion of gender identity and sexual orientation in a school classroom for children in kindergarten through third grade. DeSantis also signed legislation that bans critical race theory in school classrooms.

The video was released just as Florida Democrats as set to decide who will challenge DeSantis. The leading candidates in the Democratic race are Rep. Charlie Crist and Nikki Fried, Florida’s commissioner of agriculture.

DeSantis will represent the Republican Party in the general election in November, after running unopposed.

The Florida Governor has risen to become one of the most prominent Republican leaders in the country and is considered a top 2024 presidential hopeful. However, DeSantis has not confirmed that he’s running for the nomination in 2024.

Conservative voters have voiced their enthusiasm for a Trump/DeSantis 2024 ticket while media outlets attempt to pin the two America First titans against each other, most likely out of fear.
